1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the luky55 platform, including the website located at luky55.net and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, and account features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on luky55, you ("Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the luky55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

luky55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification. Continued use of luky55 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a luky55 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. luky55 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 18. Verification of age is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any other active or previously suspended account on luky55. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be voided at luky55's discretion.
• Participation in online casino and sports betting is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering. luky55 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would restrict your ability to engage in financial transactions on this Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. luky55 may reject any application or suspend any account where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

luky55 operates a mandatory KYC programme applicable to all registered Players. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point at luky55's discretion. KYC requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• A selfie photograph of you holding your CNIC adjacent to your face.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits and withdrawals, where applicable.

All KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with the luky55 Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure. luky55 aims to review standard KYC submissions within approximately two business hours.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luky55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT, subject to availability. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. luky55 will not process deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. luky55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two business days.
• luky55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity is deemed unusual.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a Player's account balance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

luky55 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your luky55 account. Real-money balances are used first unless otherwise specified.
• Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using excluded payment methods, or coordinating bets with other Players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• luky55 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on luky55 are sourced from internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generation (RNG) systems have been independently tested and verified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of publication and may be subject to change by the game provider.

Players are prohibited from using any form of software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players. Any Player found to be engaging in such activity will have their account suspended and any associated winnings voided.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or sports bet, luky55 reserves the right to declare the relevant round or bet void. Where possible, the Player's stake will be returned. luky55 does not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets at luky55 — including cricket, PSL, international cricket fixtures, and other sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, which luky55 reserves the right to void.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform.
• luky55 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

luky55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited.
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the amount a Player's balance may decline within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at player-defined intervals to indicate time spent gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, activated immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform, which cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

luky55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Activation of a self-exclusion period by the Player.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the luky55 Platform — including logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of luky55 or its licensed providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content without express written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky55 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service interruptions. luky55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which luky55 operates. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the luky55 support team in the first instance via the email address or live chat available on the Platform. luky55 will endeavour to resolve complaints within five business days of receipt.
